These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SuperMama Academy websites, mobile applications, and related services (the "Services") operated by Power Leader Limited ("SuperMama," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who may use the Services
- Parents or legal guardians create and manage accounts for children's learning.
- If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with a parent or guardian's involvement as required by law.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
The Services
SuperMama Academy provides educational experiences including Chinese idiom learning, AI-assisted practice, demos, and related content. Features may change, and some capabilities may be limited by region, plan, or device.
Accounts and acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt availability or security
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Harass others or misuse community or messaging features
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Services except where applicable law allows
- Use the Services for commercial resale without our prior written consent
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect users and the platform.
Children and parental responsibility
Learning profiles for children should be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. You are responsible for monitoring a child's use of the Services and for consents required in your jurisdiction.
Intellectual property
The Services, branding, software, lesson materials, and related content are owned by Power Leader Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as we expressly allow.
AI-generated and user content
Some exercises and responses are generated or assisted by AI and may be imperfect. Do not rely on them as sole educational or professional advice. If you submit content, you grant us a license to host and use it to operate and improve the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party tools (for example analytics, sign-in, or media providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those components.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWER LEADER LIMITED AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $50.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Power Leader Limited from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence provide otherwise.
